Expansion and refitting of the Brasserie La Seigneurie were carried out in no less than record time. Six weeks sufficed to carry out this project, and three more weeks for fitting out the interior. The Gératek team worked twice as hard and established an indispensable climate of collaboration with the various subcontractors and the restaurant’s personnel.
Gératek put forward its sense of organization and planning during this project. For instance, the team had to find a way to put in the ceramic tiles on the concrete in much less time than is usual for this type of work.
